Sonnet Swim is a luxury swimwear brand founded in NYC with an emphasis on materiality, cut, fit and form.

I started creating swimwear because nothing available was flattering for my body type. I was obsessed with vintage designer swimwear for its timeless and subtly sexy appeal. With Sonnet Swim, I wanted to modernize and reimagine the high-cut patterns I was drawn to from the ‘80s and ‘90s and create swimsuits that were expertly flattering and curve-enhancing. I wanted to expand on the idea of what a bikini is supposed to look like. Our bottoms are buttery smooth; the high-cut is designed to accentuate the waist and elongate the legs. Our tops have a thicker elastic to provide effective support despite their minimal design.

With an uncompromisable emphasis on quality and attention to detail, our swimsuits are meticulously designed to enhance the female silhouette and create an effortless appeal.
